Full Metal Panic? Fummofu is exactly what fans of Full Metal Panic! wanted. More time to spend with all of their favorite characters. Gone are the dramatic conflicts of the original series. Instead, the fans are treated to a series of self-contained short stories that are creatively written, and downright hysterical. Could this be the funniest comedy of 2003?

Considering this series is an extension to Full Metal Panic!, it's no surpise that the animation is stunning. The characters are colorful and fun to watch and the artwork is equally impressive. |

I loved all the music in this series, especially the intro theme. The voice actors performed so well that I never stopped to think that there were real life people talking into microphones. They really kept me in the anime. |

While lacking a strong overall plot to connect all the episodes in the series, each individual episode worked well. This makes it okay to miss an episode or two. In fact, it really doesn't matter what order you watch them in, although there are a couple instances of returning characters. |

Much of what makes this series funny is rooted in knowledge of the characters. To those familiar with Full Metal Panic!, I can't recommend this series highly enough. To everyone who has not seen Full Metal Panic!, definitely watch that first. |
